Delivery, payment and returns: your questions answered

Here is what happens after you place your order.

When we dispatch your order Orders received before midday on a working day are dispatched the same day. All other orders are sent on the next working day.

Delivery times Delivery within Slovakia usually takes 1 to 3 working days, depending on your chosen carrier and collection point.

Delivery cost Delivery costs €5.90. It is free for orders over €79.

Payment methods You can pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Collection points If you choose delivery with Packeta, you can select a specific collection point directly from the map at checkout.

Returns You have 14 days from delivery to return unused goods in their original condition. Returns are arranged through the Retino portal; you will find the link in the website footer.

Faulty or damaged goods If an item is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@gauchitto.com with your order number and a photograph.
