Terms and conditions for purchases from the Gauchitto online store by consumers and businesses.

1. Seller
The seller is Gauchitto s. r. o., with its registered office at Krížna 4085/20, 811 07 Bratislava – Staré Mesto, registration number 57 340 951, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the District Court Žilina, section Sro, file no. 89421/L, email info@gauchitto.com, phone 00421914 354 038, Tax ID 2122668933, VAT ID SK2122668933. The seller is not a VAT payer.
2. Order and Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by email. The buyer is required to provide accurate information. The seller is not a VAT payer; the prices shown are final.
3. Payment Terms
Card and digital wallet payments are processed through Stripe. The order is dispatched once payment has been received.
4. Delivery
The standard dispatch time is 2–5 business days. Further details are available in the Shipping and Delivery section.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract
A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The procedure is described in the Returns and Complaints section.
6. Warranty and Complaints
The statutory warranty period is 24 months. We will resolve a complaint no later than 30 days after it is submitted.
7. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers have the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution body (the Slovak Trade Inspection) or use the European Commission's ODR platform.
