• Czechia, Hungary, Poland — €7.50; free over €100
• Bulgaria, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Romania, Slovenia — €12; free over €115
• Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Croatia, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Italy — €14; free over €125
• Packeta pickup points are available for deliveries within Slovakia only.

Delivery Time

We dispatch in-stock items within 2 business days, and the courier usually delivers them on the next business day. For made-to-measure products, the production time is stated on the product page.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also find the order status in the Orders section of your account.

Undelivered Shipments

If you are unable to collect your shipment, the carrier will return it to us. Contact us to arrange redelivery.
