A Gauchitto account is not required, but it makes repeat purchases and choosing the right size easier.

Do I need to register? No. You can place an order as a guest without registering. Creating an account also gives you access to your order history, invoices and saved addresses.

What is a dog profile for? Once you enter your dog's breed, age and weight, we can recommend a specific bed size and products that suit them. You can add more than one profile.

Where can I find my invoices? In the Orders section of your account. An invoice is created automatically once payment has been received and can be downloaded as a PDF.

How do I change the language used for communication? You will find the language selector in the header. For signed-in users, the selected language is saved to their profile and emails will also be sent in this language.

I am buying for a business Enable business purchases in your profile and enter your Company ID, Tax ID and VAT ID. These details will be transferred to your invoice automatically. For wholesale customers, we have a dedicated [B2B](/b2b) section.
