If the bed is not quite right for your dog, returning it is simple.

The 14-day return period

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition. Simply get in touch and we will send you the return instructions and address.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We will happily exchange it for the right one — just let us know your dog's weight and we will help you find the perfect fit. Alternatively, check our breed guide first.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned parcel.
