Returns within 14 days
You may return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. It must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.
How to proceed
- Email us at info@gauchitto.com and include your order number.
- We will send you return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
Complaints
The product is covered by the statutory 24-month warranty. Please include a description of the defect and photographs. We will process your complaint within 30 days at the latest.
Return costs
When withdrawing from the contract, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. For a valid complaint, we cover the shipping costs.
